Qingdao Arturf Plastic Industry Co., Ltd is one of most professional manufactures of artificial grass with the experience of 7+ years in Qingdao China.


Our factory covers the area of 30,000 square meters. We have 6 grass tufting machines (Cobble brand pile height: 6-70mm/tufting gauge: 3/4”, 5/8”, 3/8”, 5/16”,3/16”), and 1 coating machine, which is available for urethane backing up to 5 meters.


As for quality control, we have a complete set of the quality system, a laboratory, and a team of 12 employees to execute a raw material inspection, process inspection, and finished product inspection. As a committed and responsible company, we got ISO, SGS, KOSHER etc. Certificates.


Excellent price and stable quality products are always what we pursue. Products are exported to many countries such as Spain, Italy, UK, Dubai, Australia, Mexico, Peru, Chile etc. And got good feedback from clients. Distributors for each country are very popular in local markets.

6 Turfing machines we are using now are all imported from Belgium, COBBLE brand. This brand turfing machine is one of the best in the world. In order to control the stable production of artificial grass turfing and fast production speed, COBBLE brand turfing machines are one of our best production partners

 

The backing coat machine is 78 meters with 8 knot ovens to guarantee the artificial grass backing passing at a uniform temperature. The backing coat machine we use now is same with best artificial grass factory in China. Just to control the precision of pile height and improve of artificial grass withdraw force.
